Wedding Venues for 50 Guests, Designed to Feel Full
If you've toured an empty venue and felt your stomach drop, you're not alone. A bare room always looks intimidating.
That feeling is one we know well, and it's why we plan your layout first. Rectangular tables bordering the dance floor keep everyone facing inward and conversations closer. Circular tables set around it fill more of the room. Ceiling draping brings the walls toward the center either way, so the space feels warmer.
Fifty is where our pricing starts and where most of our micro weddings land. If your list is smaller, reach out with your exact count and we'll put together updated pricing.
All-Inclusive Micro Wedding Packages from $1,800
Our Rosebud package is built for fifty guests and starts at $1,800. It covers pressed linens, chiavari seating with cushions, ceiling draping, a scenic backdrop, florals for your tables, bartender service, and design consulting to bring it together.
Nothing about it is a smaller version of something else. It's a complete wedding, priced for the guest list you actually have.

Most people use it to describe a wedding of around twenty to fifty guests. It's smaller than a traditional wedding and larger than an elopement, with a full ceremony and reception for the people closest to you. We host micro weddings from twenty guests up to about sixty.
It drastically varies depending on whether the venue is located and includes anything beyond the room. A lower rental rate often means sourcing your own linens, seating, decor, and bar service separately, which adds up quickly at any guest count. Our all-inclusive micro wedding packages start at $1,800 for fifty guests and cover those pieces from the start, so the quote you get is close to the number you pay.
The Sauk Valley has several options, and they differ more in style than in price. We're the only venue in the area with a completely open floor plan, 12 foot ceilings, contemporary design accents, and a connected cocktail lounge where guests can step away for a quieter moment.
What we're not is an outdoor venue, a barn, or a historic ballroom. If that's the day you're picturing, there are lovely places nearby for it.

We set smaller weddings with round tables around a center dance floor and use ceiling draping to bring the room in, so the space feels connected rather than empty. Some of the best evenings we've hosted have been the smallest ones.

Absolutely. You can hold your micro wedding ceremony and reception in the same room, with our team transforming the space while guests gather in the cocktail lounge for drinks. No second venue, no second rental fee, and nothing riding on the forecast.
We're happy to talk through very small celebrations. Tell us your guest count and what you're picturing and we'll let you know what makes sense.
Fridays, Sundays, and dates outside our busiest months are often the easiest to book and the most flexible for smaller celebrations. If your date has some give in it, let us know and we'll tell you what's open.
A $150 refundable deposit secures your date, and you can pay it online through our website as soon as your contract is signed.
Cancel up to 60 days before your event and the deposit is returned. After that it's non-refundable and non-transferable. Following your event, once the venue is inspected, your deposit comes back to you by cash or check provided there's no damage.
Outside food is welcome, along with water, juice, and tea. Beer, wine, and soda from outside aren't permitted, since we have a full bar on site serving beer, wine, signature cocktails, and soda.
