Our wedding packages start at $1,800 for 50 guests and are priced by guest count, so you'll know your number early. Rosebud covers the essentials, Blossom adds uplighting, cloth napkins, and a photo backdrop, and Full Bloom includes glassware, welcome signage, beverages, and staff to serve your meal. Compared to renting a room and hiring each piece separately, most couples find it costs less overall and takes far less coordinating.
The Sauk Valley has several affordable options, and what separates them is style, size, and amenities more than price. We're the only venue in the area with a completely open floor plan, 12 foot ceilings, contemporary design accents, and a connected cocktail lounge where guests can step away for a quieter moment.
What we're not is an outdoor venue, a barn, or a historic ballroom. If that's the wedding you're picturing, there are beautiful places nearby for it. If you want a modern, open space with everything already included, we'd love to show you ours.
Our Rosebud package is the place to start, at $1,800 for 50 guests. It covers pressed linens, chiavari seating, ceiling draping, a scenic backdrop, florals, a bartender, and design consulting, so a budget-friendly choice still looks like a wedding you'd want photographed.

Absolutely. You can hold your indoor wedding ceremony and reception in the same space, with our team transforming the room while guests enjoy cocktails at the bar. No second venue, no second rental fee, and nothing riding on the forecast.
Our main room comfortably seats up to 150 guests, with a lounge area in the bar offering additional seating. Smaller celebrations work just as well, and we set the room differently for them. See our micro wedding venue page for how we host weddings of around fifty.
Two, all within one to three minutes. Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson with one directly off I-88 at the Route 40 exit. Guests can check in, join you for the evening, and not drive anywhere afterward.
Yes. Our menu centers on authentic Mexican cuisine, including steak and chicken fajitas with sides, alongside hors d'oeuvres and sweets. Vegetarian and dietary accommodations are available on request. Because food costs shift with market pricing, catering rates are finalized closer to your date.
A $150 refundable deposit secures your date, and you can pay it online through our website as soon as your contract is signed.
Cancel up to 60 days before your event and the deposit is returned. After that it's non-refundable and non-transferable. Following your event, once the venue is inspected, your deposit comes back to you by cash or check provided there's no damage.
Outside food is welcome, along with water, juice, and tea. Beer, wine, and soda from outside aren't permitted, since we have a full bar on site serving beer, wine, signature cocktails, and soda.
